Already down almost 200euro, I'm just getting bad beated and unlucky like crazy, been playing on tilt for the last part. Stuff like flopping broadway, and buddy hitting runner runner full house. Or AcJc vs Q5. Flop was AKc5c. All my chips in there, and buddy gets a 5 on the river without me improving? Man I gotta turn around my luck soon!

Poker Team Tournament Winners!

And last night my teamates clinched the league with another superb showing. I believe it was a 1st, 3rd, 4th, 4th, 5th. Good enough for 1st place for this round. So we finished with 3 1sts, 1 3rd, and an 8th in the 5 round league. 51 points, 2nd place wasn't even close. Time for some bigger events now, were ready!

Beats Happen ...

Yesterday our team finished 8th/9 for the PokerRoom Team tourney. I didn't watch any of my teammates play, but from what they told me, each of the early exiters lost when they were at least 2:1 going in. AK vs AJ, KK vs A9 etc. We ended up with a 1st, 3rd, 8th, 8th, 9th for 29pts.

Good news is the teams we wanted to win, won! So right now were still at 36pts, 2nd place has 23 points, 3rd has 21 pts. The lowest we can finish is tied for 2nd, and and guaranteed $. Though anything less than 1st will be a disappointment considering the way we started.
